Distribution:  In our region, the Bull Frog is now widespread and inhabits all six of the states that we define as being the American Southwest. It has become impossible to identify the western limits of the Bull Frog's natural range any longer due to the massive importation and release of this species throughout the western states where it is now considered to be an invasive species.

Legal Status:  This species has no protected status.
