SWCHR announces the launch of the new Herp Conservation and Legislative Issues Forum today. Since the inception of the SWCHR Discussion Forums, legislative and conservation topics have always had to be posted in the Miscellaneous Forum. We have decided that we can no longer allow both of these topics that are so vitally important to the herpetological community in the American Southwest to be lost in a catch-all forum.
The new Herp Conservation and Legislative Issues Forum is up and operational as of today. We have moved all prior posts that related to conservation or legistative issues in any manner from the Miscellaneous Forum to the new Herp Conservation and Legislative Issues Forum.
We are in need of a volunteer moderator for this new forum. If you are someone you know is interested in moderating this new forum, please contact me by email.
The addition of this latest forum brings the total number of SWCHR public forums to thirteen (13).
