SWCHR ANNOUNCES PHOTO OF THE MONTH WINNER FOR DECEMBER, 2007

The Southwestern Center for Herpetological Research (SWCHR) is pleased to announce that Jason Penney's photograph of a mating pair of Sonoran Green Toads (Anaxyrus retiformis) has been selected as our Photo of the Month for December, 2007. His winning image was taken on the Tahono O'Odham Indian Reservation in Pima County, Arizona. Our congratulations to Jason on his winning photograph. Jason is the Vice-President of Recreation for Herp Conservation Unlimited (HCU) and will be donating his $25 check from us to benefit HCU. Jason now joins our other 2007 Photo of the Month winners as a nominee for our 2007 Award for Excellance in Herpetological Photography which will be presented in early 2008.
