 where  it  intergrades  with  Agkistrodon  contortrix  laticinctus.

Distribution:  In our region, this species occurs throughout east and southeastern Texas. It intergrades with the Broad-Banded Copperhead (Agkistrodon contortrix laticinctus) along the western edge of its range.

Legal Status:  This species has no protected status.
