DISTRIBUTION: In our region, Rhinophrynus dorsalis occurs only in Starr, Zapata, and Jim Hogg Counties of Texas along the Mexican border.
LEGAL STATUS: Rhinophrynus dorsalis is listed as a Threatened Species by the State of Texas.
